Our commitment to sport, social action, and leisure has established us as a benchmark in the sector. We are currently seeking a **Maintenance Manager** for a sports facility located in **Barcelona**. Main Responsibilities: * Ensure proper operation and compliance of maintenance and cleaning services. * Plan work orders and prepare staff shift schedules. * Manage the labor pool and identify staffing needs. * Supervise compliance with regulations and the overall condition of the facility. * Collaborate in drafting, implementing, and reviewing the **Maintenance Plan and Cleaning Plan**. * Manage technical documentation of the facility (technical specifications, As\-Built records). * Define and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance. * Liaise and coordinate with suppliers and regulatory maintenance companies. * Manage inventory and consumables for maintenance and cleaning. * Monitor the **CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)** and control repairs. * Energy management: monitor energy consumption, record meter readings, and propose energy-saving measures. * Perform technical maintenance tasks when necessary. * Team management: planning, performance monitoring, conflict resolution, and identification of training needs. * Address user suggestions and incidents, and communicate with management. Requirements: * **Higher Vocational Training Certificate (CFGS) in Maintenance** or equivalent qualification in a related field. * Minimum **3 years’ experience** in maintenance roles at a sports center or similar facility. * Ability to manage teams and organize work effectively. * Ability to follow internal procedures and the facility’s work plan. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Certification as a **Swimming Pool Operator**. * Licenses or certifications related to **electricity, thermal installations, or similar fields**.
