We are looking to incorporate people into our advisory team in Valladolid. We seek outgoing individuals with commercial skills, with or without experience in the sector. We offer specialized training and development plans to all our staff, supporting them to become top real estate professionals representing our brand. Responsibilities: \- Property acquisition for sale and rental. \- Ongoing client follow-up. \- Valuation and negotiation. \- Support to property owners and buyers prior to closing the transaction. Conditions: Permanent contract Social Security registration. Continuous and specialized training. Monday to Friday: 09:30\-13:30 / 16:30\-20.00 \- Saturdays: 10.30\-13.30. Salary: €1,326 gross/month.
