The selected candidate will be responsible for planning, managing resources, tracking key performance indicators, and ensuring program objectives are met, collaborating with various departments and external stakeholders. **Main Responsibilities** * Program planning, design, and **end-to-end management**: objectives, timelines, milestones, and resources. * Monitoring progress of related projects and preparing monitoring reports. * Coordination with internal teams, external collaborators, suppliers, and institutions. * Risk management, identification of deviations, and proposal of corrective actions. * Drafting and reviewing technical, contractual, or administrative documentation. * Presenting results to senior management and participating in strategic meetings. **Requirements** * University degree in **Business Administration and Management (BAM)**, **Law**, **Economics**, **Political Science**, **International Relations**, or related fields. * Proven experience in project or program management. * Ability to coordinate teams and manage multiple stakeholders. * Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. * Proficiency in office software and management platforms (Excel, Teams, ERP/CRM). **Offer** * Full-time position. * Work mode: **on-site**. * Opportunity for professional development and participation in high-impact projects.
