This role entails full responsibility for a profit-and-loss account, including planning, budgeting and forecasting, as well as analyzing and correcting variances. Active client management is required, overseeing invoicing and collections processes. Furthermore, personnel management is critical—identifying staffing needs, organizing, and leading the team. Collaboration with other departments and participation in proposal development are also key aspects of this role. A high level of English proficiency, proactivity, commitment, and strong office software skills are valued, along with possession of a valid driver’s license.
