Continuous training plan with personalized options and external support We are seeking a driver to perform long-distance regular route services departing from Albacete. The main responsibility is to safely and punctually transport passengers, manage the assigned vehicle, and strictly adhere to schedules as well as traffic and transport regulations. A temporary employment contract is offered, with full-time hours and rotating shifts including both daytime and nighttime schedules, along with a rotating rest system. The company provides a modern vehicle fleet and up-to-date sector technology, aiming to balance work efficiency with high-quality service to passengers. To facilitate adaptation, an initial training course is provided by experienced staff. Additionally, a continuous training plan is available, offering personalized options in electric vehicle driving, defensive driving techniques, and methods for more efficient driving—all supported by external collaborations that foster long-term professional growth. It is mandatory to hold a Class D driving license, the Certificate of Professional Competence (CAP) for passenger transport, and a valid tachograph card. Candidates must have a minimum of 10 points remaining on their driving license. Residency or accommodation in the Albacete area or its surroundings is required to ensure attendance at the workplace. Prior experience in similar roles—such as bus driving or passenger transport—will be considered favorably.
