We are currently recruiting a **Salesforce Developer** to join a leading law firm specializing in claims and compensation, which is undergoing significant growth and digital transformation. We seek a candidate with prior Salesforce development experience who is eager to take on a role with clear career progression—actively contributing to the platform’s evolution and becoming part of a team where continued technical and professional growth is supported. ##### **What will you do?** You will join the development team and participate in building, maintaining, and evolving solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem. Your main responsibilities will include: * Developing and maintaining Salesforce functionalities using Apex. * Designing and implementing automations using Salesforce Flows. * Developing integrations with external systems via APIs. * Participating in functional requirements analysis and defining technical solutions. * Conducting testing, validation, and incident resolution. * Documenting technical specifications of developed solutions. * Estimating effort and planning assigned tasks. * Collaborating with the rest of the team to ensure solution quality. * Participating in technological evolution and continuous platform improvement initiatives. ##### **What we offer** * Indefinite-term contract. * Hybrid work model: **3 days remote and 2 days onsite**. * Flexible working hours. * Reduced working hours on Fridays. * Reduced working hours during the month of August. * Continuous training and company-funded Salesforce certifications. * Career development plan and professional growth within the technology team. * Participation in strategic digitalization projects with tangible business impact. * Excellent working environment and a highly collaborative team. REQUIREMENTS * 1–3 years of hands-on experience working with Salesforce. * Proficiency in Apex and Salesforce Flows. * Experience or knowledge of REST API-based integrations. * Understanding of Salesforce data modeling. * Familiarity with version control tools (Git). * Ability to work autonomously on assigned tasks. * Proactive, solution-oriented profile with strong motivation to learn and grow professionally. ##### **Highly desirable** * Salesforce certifications (Admin, Platform Developer I or similar). * Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC). * Knowledge of JavaScript. * Prior experience in web development or cloud platforms. * Participation in digital transformation projects.
