Our Professional Services organization delivers transformative digital solutions to enterprises across Spain and beyond, driving customer success through strategic program leadership. **Position Overview** Are you ready to lead transformative digital programs that reshape how enterprises operate? We are looking for a Services Program Manager to lead complex PLM and CAx software implementation programs within our Professional Services organization. You will orchestrate multi\-project programs, manage stakeholder expectations, and ensure measurable business value for our customers. **Responsibilities** * **Lead Program Delivery**– Orchestrate all program contracts, dependencies, and interfaces between projects. Monitor overall progress, address risks and scope changes proactively, and ensure on\-time delivery through effective schedule and resource management. * **Drive Value Realization**– Collaborate with Sales and Engagement Management to define program vision aligned with customer business strategy. Guide customers through value identification and planning while identifying growth opportunities. * **Establish Program Governance**– Design and execute governance models that ensure transparency and alignment. Define program roles, responsibilities, and communication protocols across all organizational levels. * **Manage Program Financials**– Ensure projects deliver within approved budgets and agreed margins. Review program performance regularly, provide realistic forecasts, and work with administration teams on accurate billing and revenue recognition. * **Lead and Develop Teams**– Set clear targets with program staff, delegate responsibilities, and provide regular feedback. Support team development and collaborate with Services Management to effectively manage business partners and subcontractors. * **Build Organizational Capability**– Contribute to firm\-building activities through training delivery and best practice development. Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on lessons learned. **Qualifications** * University Degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or related field * **Significant experience as a Services Program Manager in IT projects, preferably managing PLM platform implementations** * Consistent record **leading complex corporate IT programs for large enterprises** * **Experience managing and developing teams** with advanced technical skills * **Fluent in Spanish and English** (spoken and written) * **Strong analytical skills** with ability to identify problems and generate solutions * **Self\-motivated, composed, and collaborative** approach to managing change and complexity **Nice to have** * Project Management Professional or Program Management Professional certification * Experience with Siemens Delivery Framework or similar enterprise delivery methodologies * Knowledge of Digital Enterprise solutions portfolio We offer a comprehensive reward package which includes a competitive basic salary, bonus scheme, generous holiday allowance, pension, and private healthcare.
