Join our team as a **Lean Manager** ESP\-Mataró (Barcelona) As the LEAN Manager within the Operations Department of our Mataró wound care manufacturing plant—reporting directly to the Plant Manager—you will have the opportunity to design and implement both technical and systems capability development across the entire operations team. Our methodology for continuously expanding capabilities is grounded in both process analysis and diverse technical categories and work systems. Capability development must translate into improved results across key operational indicators—including safety, quality, motivation, delivery, production, and cost. **Responsibilities:** * You will be responsible for defining, deploying, and implementing the capability improvement plan, integrating resources from various departments—both for training and development—with a focus on: + Knowledge of production processes + Technical capabilities + Understanding of work systems (LEAN) + Review, creation, and development planning to achieve objectives * You will lead PDCA cycles across plant departments to drive continuous improvement, achieve growth targets, and empower individuals. * Design the manufacturing organization to meet business needs. Disrupt the status quo. * Promote and champion an enterprise-wide RTT (Run-to-Target) culture and zero-loss mindset. * Drive operational excellence through High Performance Organization (HPO) and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) team development. * Conduct Healthchecks to assess system health. * Position the plant within the global Hartmann Lean Community as a Center of Excellence. * Assume responsibility for developing High Performance Organization (HPO) systems and strategies: + Total Equipment Ownership + Training in loss analysis and elimination using autonomous maintenance tools, reduction of unplanned stoppages, changeovers, etc. + Team development via the Team Effectiveness Model * Define and implement strategies.
