Opportunity for professional development within the group **Lantus Villa Betània Residence – Arenys de Mar** At Grup Lantus, we are looking to hire a **Psychologist** for our residential center **Lantus Villa Betània**, aiming to reinforce the emotional and cognitive support offered to our residents. Main Responsibilities * Psychological assessment of residents. * Development and follow-up of **individualized intervention plans**. * Cognitive stimulation and emotional support for residents. * Family accompaniment and counseling. * Coordinated work with the center’s **multidisciplinary team** (management, nursing, social work, occupational therapy, etc.). * Participation in emotional well-being programs and therapeutic activities. Requirements * Bachelor’s or Licentiate degree in **Psychology**. * Ability to work collaboratively and person-centered approach.
