Indefinite-term employment contract and flexible working hours DESCRIPTION At Housfy, we continue to grow and are seeking to incorporate talent into our Legal Department. We are looking for a **junior lawyer** or legal advisor with vocation, preferably with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a law firm or in a corporate legal department. The candidate must be capable of working autonomously under the supervision and direction of a senior legal manager. Main responsibilities: * Monitoring and management of all judicial proceedings and overdue payments of the company. * Filing extrajudicial and judicial claims for recovery of overdue payments, including courtroom representation, with special focus on horizontal property law and real estate law. * Providing internal legal advisory services to the various departments of the company. * Addressing any other legal needs that may arise, under the supervision of the senior manager. Knowledge and competencies: * Civil procedural law. * Attention to detail. * Organizational skills. * Problem-solving skills. * Ability to work independently. Requirements: * Licensed lawyer (bar-registered) or legal advisor currently enrolled in the Master’s Degree in Law Practice.
