Planning and organizational skills A company with over 25 years of experience in the environmental health sector is selecting an administrative assistant / IVA for its Barcelona office. \- Telephone customer service \- Message registration and communication \- Email management \- Document management (completing registration forms and templates) \- Document printing and photocopying \- Data entry into management software \- Daily support to technical staff \- Daily interaction with customers to resolve inquiries and issues \- Text processing \- Invoice preparation and claims * Minimum 1 year of experience. Experience as an administrative assistant / IVA, with planning ability to organize tasks and strong communication skills. Customer service orientation and typing proficiency. Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office suite).
