We seek to hire a **Software Development Coordinator** to lead technical design, architectural evolution, and development coordination in high-technical-criticality strategic projects in **León**. What will you do? * Technically coordinate the software development team. * Design, evolve, and maintain solution architectures. * Define development best practices and technical standards. * Supervise code quality and software maintainability. * Design new functionalities and track their implementation. * Develop technical procedures and development documentation. * Manage integrations with third parties and external systems. * Provide technical support to the team in resolving complex incidents. * Participate in technical planning and development prioritization. * Collaborate with Systems, Product, and Engineering teams. * Participate in projects related to sensors, communications, and advanced systems.
