If you are passionate about aviation, organized, and experienced working in collaborative environments, we are waiting for you! **Mission** You will serve as the primary liaison between the Operations Control Center (CCO) and handling agents—especially during OFF-handling stops. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing and managing load sheets and automated center-of-gravity calculations for the E2 fleet, ensuring all tasks are correctly executed to guarantee optimal aircraft balance. **Responsibilities** * Coordination of passenger services at airports * Coordination of catering and cabin services with service providers * Flight monitoring, including data management and incident handling related to flights * Completion of load sheets and center-of-gravity calculations for the E2 fleet * Management of cargo and SCR, optimizing aircraft loading processes * Resolution of APIS-related incidents, ensuring proper passenger data management and compliance ### **Minimum Requirements** * ***Education:*** Medium or Higher Vocational Training qualification, preferably in administration, transportation, or airport services. * ***Experience:*** Prior experience in AirGround roles, airport operations, or handling services is highly valued. * ***Computer Skills:*** Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). * ***Technical Knowledge:*** Familiarity with preparing load sheets and performing aircraft center-of-gravity calculations, as well as ground coordination processes in airport operations. * ***Languages:*** English (B1\). * ***Schedule:*** Shift work.
