**Responsibilities:** * Lead and coordinate the IoT engineering team, overseeing the technical execution of projects. * Manage the full IoT product development lifecycle, from conceptualization and prototyping to production and support. * Design and supervise electronic architectures, sensor integration, and embedded systems development. * Plan and monitor development milestones, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards. * Coordinate IoT solution integration with other departments and strategic company areas. * Manage relationships with manufacturers, suppliers, external laboratories, and certification bodies. * Lead product certification and homologation processes (CE, EMC, RED, RoHS, ATEX, etc.). * Define and implement functional, stress, stability, and robustness testing protocols for systems. * Ensure operational continuity of deployed solutions and oversee resolution of critical incidents. * Prepare and review technical documentation, specifications, and quality procedures. **Requirements:** * University degree in Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications, Industrial Engineering, or related field. * Minimum 5 years of experience in IoT engineering, embedded electronics, or hardware and firmware development. * Experience in technical leadership and engineering team coordination. * Proficiency in C/C\+\+ programming for microcontrollers and microprocessors. * Experience with Linux Kernel environments, Yocto SDK, and embedded software development. * Advanced knowledge of schematic and PCB design using tools such as Altium, Eagle, or KiCad. * Experience in electronic hardware and embedded systems diagnostics and debugging. * Proficiency in industrial communication protocols (UART, SPI, I2C, CAN Bus, Modbus). * Experience with wireless connectivity technologies including GSM/LTE, 4G/5G, WiFi, and Bluetooth. * Experience in certification, homologation, and technical documentation preparation. * Knowledge of cybersecurity applied to embedded systems. * English proficiency level B2 or higher. * Leadership, planning, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams.
