Join a company certified as one of Spain’s best employers, thanks to our comprehensive HR management and favorable conditions for our professionals.*** ***Want to learn more about the project?*** ***️*** *As part of our positioning as a leading company in the defense sector, we aim to strengthen our team with* ***a Lead Wiring Harness Engineer (in León)*** *with the opportunity to create and consolidate a reference team for advanced technological projects.* ***Key Responsibilities:*** * Technically lead a team of Wiring \& Harness Designers, acting as the expert reference point. * Design and review electrical schematics (Capital Logic) and harnesses (Capital Harness). * Create and maintain electrical schematics in Capital Logic. * Perform and supervise physical design in Capital Harness Designer. * 3D routing and geometric validation in NX. * Design documentation, control, and closure. * Training, mentoring, and support. * Coordinate with mechanical, electronic, and industrialization engineering teams. ***What Will Be Required for Success in This Role?*** *️* *Don’t worry if you don’t meet 100% of what we’re looking for.
