You will join the Technical Service Support (TSS) team in León, working directly on-site. **Which technologies will you work with?** ------------------------------------ * Sterilization autoclaves * Instrument washing and disinfection systems * Endoscope reprocessors Customers: hospitals, clinics, laboratories, and research centers. **What will you do daily?** ------------------------------- ### **Maintenance** * Perform preventive, corrective, and regulatory maintenance * Diagnose and resolve field failures * Coordinate inspections with authorized control bodies (OCA) * Document interventions and manage spare parts ### **Installation** * Carry out equipment installation and commissioning * Prepare technical documentation * Train end users * Coordinate with engineering and project teams ### **Customer Relationship** * Provide technical advice on usage and maintenance * Identify improvements and relay feedback * Collaborate with quality, product, and commercial teams **Training and Support** ------------------------------ From day one, you’ll receive real support to grow: Customized initial training in Barcelona On-site mentoring by senior technicians Ongoing technical team support (local and central) **Requirements** -------------- **Education** * Higher Vocational Training (FP Superior) in Electricity, Electronics, Mechatronics, Biomedical Engineering, or related fields **Experience** * Minimum 2 years in technical maintenance (industrial, electromechanical, or similar) * Experience in hospital or laboratory environments is desirable **Other** * Class B driving license * Availability for travel within the assigned area * Flexibility for occasional trips **Languages** * Spanish at C1 level * Technical English (desirable) **Key Competencies** ---------------------- * Customer orientation and service mindset * Diagnostic and problem-solving ability * Autonomy, organization, and responsibility * Strong communication skills **What We Offer** ---------------------- * Permanent contract * Competitive salary \+ flexible compensation * Work with advanced technology and diverse projects * Excellent working environment and collaborative team * Company vehicle * Tools: laptop, tablet, and mobile phone * Covered per diems and expenses **Are You Interested?** ================= If you are passionate about technology, enjoy fieldwork, and want to join a leading company in the healthcare sector… **We want to meet you!** At Matachana, we believe in talent and equal opportunity.
