




Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and dynamic professional to perform auxiliary tasks related to pedagogical and educational intervention with minors in a protection home. Key Responsibilities: 1. Pedagogical and educational intervention with residents of a protection home 2. Teamwork in the development and implementation of intervention plans 3. Ability to serve as a role model for minors and strong educational motivation **Minimum Requirements:** ----------------------- Medium or higher vocational training cycle in Social Integration or equivalent qualification. Qualifications such as Bachelor’s degree, medium or higher vocational training cycles in the Social, Cultural and Community Services professional family, or university degrees (medium or higher level) in social, educational, psychological or pedagogical fields will also be accepted, provided two years of direct experience working with minors is documented via an employer’s certificate. Previous experience in interventions with vulnerable minors and work in residential care facilities will be especially valued. Conflict management skills, teamwork ability, and adaptability to rotating shifts are required. Applications from underrepresented genders will be particularly favored. We seek a proactive, dynamic individual with resources for leisure, play, sports, etc. Proficiency in both intellectual and manual strategies required for the position. Ability to serve as a behavioral role model for minors. Strong motivation for educational work with minors. High capacity for learning. Collaborate with technical staff, under the supervision of management, in assessing and developing individual or group intervention plans.
