As part of the Celonis Center of Excellence team at Telefonica Global Technology, you will have the opportunity to participate in technological projects both nationally and internationally. You will help make our clients' processes smarter and more efficient. In this role, you will drive Celonis technology implementations, participating in all project phases to ensure their success. **Required Skills:** * Experience with Process Mining solutions for process discovery and analysis (Celonis, ProcessGold, Signavio, Fluxicon Disco, Minit, etc.). * Knowledge of SQL, PQL and Python. * Ability to analyze customer business needs from the perspective of Celonis EMS (Process Analytics, Action Engine, Machine Learning, …). * AS IS Process Discovery (taxonomy, processes, tasks, roles and responsibilities, channels, systems). * Design and modeling of Process Mining solutions (analysis dimensions, KPIs, dashboards, etc). * Data mapping (extraction, transformation and cleansing). * Analysis of results (benchmarking, diagnosis and identification of improvement opportunities). * Identification of improvement opportunities. * Strong communication and client presentation skills. * Professional proficiency in MS Office tools. * At least two years of prior experience in the responsibilities described. Fluent written and spoken English/Spanish (German is an advantage). * **Academic Background and Technical Knowledge:** * Degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering or degrees in Physics, Mathematics. **Desirable Skills:** * Celonis certification. * SAP Signavio certification desirable. * Project management and client relationship skills. * Functional and process knowledge of management systems (ERP), especially SAP (R3 / S4 Hana). * Knowledge of financial processes with an End\-to\-End focus: Purchase to Pay, Record to Report, Order to Cash, Plan to Perform, Acquire to Retire. * Experience in customer-facing analytical roles such as solution consulting, pre-sales or IT consulting. * Proven experience in defining scope, managing and executing client projects and proof-of-concept initiatives (proof of value). **When you join Telefónica** You join nearly 100 years of history, a team of 106 nationalities present in over 35 countries.
