At Vinarchy, we are seeking responsible individuals to carry out the operational tasks associated with their assigned position, such as loading and unloading, order picking, packaging assembly, promotional material shipments, sample preparation, third-party supply coordination, etc., ensuring delivery deadlines and cost targets are met. In collaboration with their supervisor, they are responsible for complying with company policies regarding productivity, occupational safety, quality, environment, and operational excellence. * Perform all operational tasks related to their position according to the instructions outlined in the relevant Work Instructions, including both machine handling and manual work. * Operate various software applications used by the Company. * Participate in daily follow-up meetings for incident management and performance indicators (SIM). * Provide support across different departments and work centers within the Company, working as part of a team and acquiring knowledge of other roles to increase versatility and improve operational efficiency. * Actively participate in area tasks, demonstrating a proactive attitude and initiative. * Collaborate with the team to achieve established goals. * Analyze and resolve problems efficiently, proposing solutions and improvements. * Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and work methodologies. * Maintain an open attitude toward learning and ongoing professional development. * Promote and demonstrate awareness in energy management, respecting and ensuring compliance with prevention procedures, food safety protocols, quality, and environmental standards. * Respect and comply with established health and safety regulations. * Maintain their work environment in accordance with established standards of organization, order, and cleanliness. * Comply with QSE system requirements (Quality, Occupational Safety, and Environment) and those defined for Operational Excellence implementation. DESCRIPTION We are seeking a **trainer expert in Design Thinking and Conflict Resolution** to deliver a training session aimed at staff from the Technical Area and Residential-Care Area of the C.R.M.F. in Lardero (La Rioja).
