We are seeking stonemasons for construction. The main work involves stone installation, requiring skill and precision in each task. Responsibilities include cutting, shaping, and carving natural stone such as granite, sandstone, and limestone, performed both manually and with specialized mechanical tools like cutters, blades, and polishers. It is important to be able to design and execute templates based on technical drawings for accurate stone cutting and proper placement. Preparing construction surfaces is also required, ensuring leveling and applying specific mortars and adhesives. Stone placement must be precise, whether on facades, walls, baseboards, floors, or claddings, always respecting necessary joints, alignments, and leveling. The use of light and heavy machinery is required for handling heavy materials, such as hoists, cranes, and carts. Additionally, performing fine finishes, polishing, chamfering, sealing joints with special sealants, and maintaining tools and equipment in good condition are essential. Strict adherence to occupational health and safety regulations is required, especially regarding manual handling of loads, use of personal protective equipment, working at heights or on scaffolding, as well as interpreting technical assembly drawings and diagrams.
