Job Summary: UNIR is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to ensure the proper functioning of platforms and to assist students throughout their digital learning experience. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support students with questions and technical issues related to the Virtual Campus. 2. Prepare and maintain the Virtual Campus, and provide support during online exams. 3. Collaborate internally and monitor weekly classes. #### **Are you detail-oriented and genuinely service-driven?** At **UNIR (International University of La Rioja)**, we are looking to hire a **Technical Support Specialist** for our office in **Logroño**, with the goal of continuing to deliver the best possible experience to our students. #### **What will be your mission?** You will join our support team to ensure the smooth operation of our platforms and guide students through their digital learning journey. **Your main responsibilities will include:** * Assisting students in resolving questions and technical issues related to the Virtual Campus and online classes. * Preparing and maintaining the Virtual Campus, ensuring courses are correctly available. * Providing technical support during online exams. * Collaborating with various internal departments on platform usage. * Monitoring and tracking weekly classes. * Managing and optimizing the Virtual Campus environment. #### **What are we looking for?** * Education: **Higher Vocational Training Degree**. * Minimum of **1 year** of experience in similar roles or technical support. * Proficiency in computer tools. * Experience managing and tracking incidents. #### **Key Competencies:** * Effective communication * Customer/service orientation * Organization and planning * Time management #### **What do we offer?** * At UNIR, we want you to grow both professionally and personally.
