Work on exciting projects using BMC Helix and collaborate with other teams to ensure project success. Requirements for this position include: * Two years of experience working with BMC products such as Remedy (classic blue console), Helix ITSM (Smart IT), SRM, DWP, CMDB, Helix Dashboard, and Innovation Studio * Knowledge of Discovery or Client Management is desirable * Advanced knowledge of system and application integrations Practical experience with BMC Helix and its product suite * **Main responsibilities and duties:** * Data loading using DMT and Pentaho Jobs * API REST integrations with third parties * Foundation management * Basic development skills in Remedy, including filters, workflows, escalations, ActiveLinks, and DWP Catalog flows BMC tool certifications are desirable * **Academic background and technical knowledge:** * Degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or Business/Finance * Languages: English * Technical qualifications/certifications BMC certifications are desirable * **Competencies and skills:** * Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a consulting environment * Experience managing internal and external client projects with global stakeholders, delivered on time, within budget, and within scope * Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team * Goal-oriented * Strong communication abilities * Proactivity and positive attitude * Problem identification to minimize risk * Curious and innovative mindset with a desire to learn, grow, and progress **When you join Telefónica** You become part of nearly 100 years of history, a team of 106 nationalities present in over 35 countries.
