Customer Engagement Manager

We are a company where employees make the difference, which is why we count on you. We are currently seeking a CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT MANAGER for our stores in LOGROÑO (La Rioja). If selected, your mission will be to create the best possible relationship between our customers and the Alcampo brand within each Life Zone store, promoting and implementing customer relationship strategies while encouraging active listening to maximize our customers' overall experience and satisfaction. WHAT WILL YOU DO? * Collaborate with the Life Zone Leader to develop action plans aimed at improving customer satisfaction, ensuring their implementation by understanding local customer needs and guaranteeing excellent in-store customer reception by our teams. * Monitor and communicate defined KPIs, ensuring prompt resolution of customer incidents received through established communication channels. * Promote and support in-store trade plans, verify signage and promotional displays, and participate in defining advertising content across any physical or digital medium. * Track KPIs related to Customer Clubs and the Oney Customer Card, proactively driving customer acquisition initiatives within stores. * Manage and animate social media channels for your Life Zone, coordinating content relevant to customers. * Develop the annual local content plan in alignment with the national strategy, supported by the National Social Media Manager. * Extract and analyze social media KPIs. * Define and manage the customer outreach plan, coordinated with the national CRM strategy using the designated messaging platform. * Monitor and promote the "Reachable Customers" objective within stores. Desired Skills and Knowledge: WHAT DO WE REQUIRE? - Higher Vocational Training Degree or University Degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communication, or related fields. - Experience managing teams and projects in retail environments, involving coordination across different company departments. - Enthusiasm for teamwork in dynamic environments and excellent communication skills. - Proficient in computer tools, particularly Google Workspace, Excel, and social media management platforms. - Knowledge of Service Cloud and Satisfactory is desirable.
