Shift Manager in Logroño Service Area

**Description:** ---------------- Areas, one of the **world leaders in foodservice** within the travel industry, with over 20,000 employees, serves 350 million customers annually across its 2,000+ locations in 11 countries across Europe, the USA, Mexico, and Chile. **WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?** We are seeking to hire a **Shift Manager** for one of our facilities at the **Logroño Service Area**, located at AP-68, km. 136, 26001 Logroño) Location Link: https://goo.gl/maps/pduSCywxcyFm89Jp8 **JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Assist in organizing, planning, and supervising all operational activities of the facility in accordance with established formats, policies, and procedures. * Plan, assign, supervise, and prioritize staff activities and tasks at the point of sale during their shift. Provide continuous guidance, training, and information to team members: * Ensure staff present a professional appearance. * Comply with and enforce established punctuality policies. * Review and ensure compliance with production orders. * Review and ensure compliance with defined product displays, planograms, and dietary plans. * Perform suggestive selling and ensure it is carried out during service. * Implement company promotions and ensure they are executed during service. * Carry out cash register controls. * Supervise and guarantee the entire service process, including product quality before being offered for sale, proactively attending to customers, anticipating their needs, resolving potential complaints, with the goal of customer retention and improving satisfaction ratings. Work towards optimal service that exceeds customer needs and expectations. * Inform the Kitchen Manager/Cooks about material and product requirements for service. * Verify cold equipment, hot equipment, and general machinery. * Manage, guide, and train their team to achieve objectives, and report any incidents to the Site Manager or General Manager in their absence. * Assist in administrative processes: placing orders, recording reports, filing, cash register reconciliation, etc. * Manage inventory and materials in storage areas. * Ensure the premises are left in optimal condition for the next day’s opening. * Any other duties arising from their role or delegated by their supervisor. **WHAT DO WE OFFER?** * Salary and conditions according to collective agreement. * **Indefinite full-time contract** with continuous working hours. * Rotating shifts (morning and afternoon) with 2 consecutive days off. * Training and development program. * Health and Wellbeing programs. * Discounts across all our brands and establishments.
