Currently, we are seeking to fill a vacancy for **Production Supervisor** on a rotating morning and afternoon shift at our production facility in Villarejo de Salvanés (Madrid). **What will be your role?** You will supervise operations and lead the optimization of production line performance, meeting Adam Foods' objectives for safety, quality, productivity, and delivery deadlines. Processes: * Monitor all quality checkpoints and manufacturing process parameters. * Ensure proper operation of machinery. * Apply quality and safety regulations and procedures. * Daily management and monitoring of defined KPIs. * Knowledge of raw materials: supply and functionality of ingredients. Product: * Ensure company-defined quality standards. * Fulfill production orders assigned to your shift. People: * Communicate shift priorities and other factory-related information to staff. * Guarantee occupational health and safety (PRL) in all tasks and provide basic training where necessary. * Manage personnel under your supervision. * Ensure availability and versatility of operational staff. * Supervise ongoing operator training. **What are we looking for?** * Professional with minimum 2\-3 years of experience in Manufacturing Industry (preferably food industry) as a Supervisor managing teams of 10 to 30 professionals. * Experience applying Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and quality management tools. * Higher vocational training and/or university degree highly valued. * Mechanical knowledge desirable. * Strong team management, staff training, and leadership skills; highly organized with efficient time management and adaptability to changing environments. **What do we offer?** * Join an innovative plant with high investment. * Wide variety of machinery and interfaces. * Opportunities for internal growth.
