Responsibilities At Seral, we are seeking staff for a central kitchen located in Logroño. We are looking for a responsible, organized individual with experience in collective cooking to join our team. Main responsibilities: Preparation of daily menus adapted to residents' needs. Control of food quality, preservation, and utilization. Maintaining kitchen cleanliness and hygiene, complying with health regulations. Collaborating with the kitchen team and coordinating with management on menu planning. Requirements Previous experience as a cook, preferably in collective settings (residences, hospitals, schools, etc.). Knowledge of adapted diets and food handling. Valid food handler certificate. Organizational skills and ability to work in a team. Availability to work from Monday to Sunday, with one weekend off every two weeks. Shifts are alternating—some days in the morning and others in the afternoon. We offer Indefinite contract Working hours: 26 hours per week, extendable to 32 hours Salary according to the collective catering agreement
