Job Summary: We are seeking a technical development leader to coordinate a team, collaborate on planning, oversee system architecture, and actively participate in development. Key Highlights: 1. Lead and coordinate a small development team. 2. Participate in defining the SaaS system architecture. 3. Actively collaborate on development tasks and continuous improvement. ### **Responsibilities** * Collaborate with the Technology Management team on planning and prioritizing development tasks and new features. * Lead and coordinate a small development team, ensuring proper execution of assigned projects. * Plan, manage, and track team tasks, guaranteeing deadlines, quality, and alignment with product objectives. * Participate in meetings with business consultants and clients for requirements gathering and analysis. * Define and supervise the system architecture required for the evolution of the SaaS solution. * Actively collaborate on development tasks alongside the team. * Ensure adherence to sound development practices, code maintainability, and continuous technical process improvement. * Foster a positive work environment and professional growth of the team. ### **Requirements** * University degree in Computer Engineering or related field. * Minimum 6 years of software development experience. * Proven experience developing with JAVA technologies (minimum 6 years). * Experience developing with Node.js and Angular technologies (2–3 years). * Minimum 2 years of experience leading or managing small development teams. * Ability to plan, organize, and execute tasks. * Autonomy, accountability, and proactive attitude. * Strong teamwork values and excellent communication skills. * Experience in SaaS environments and proprietary product projects is desirable.
