Duties involve direct customer service, dispatch of flowers, plants, and café products, as well as restocking vending machines. Responsibilities also include shelf and display restocking and product placement, ensuring orderly arrangement and an attractive presentation of the sales area. Additionally, the role includes cash handling (both cash and card payments) and basic operation of the point-of-sale terminal, with necessary support provided. Basic maintenance of the workstation is required, including cleaning and organizing the sales area. Experience or training in customer service, retail, sales, basic floristry, administration, or simple hospitality is desirable. A permanent, full-time contract is offered.
