Description
We are seeking a person to join our team in Seville, performing duties typical of a concierge position. Holding a Basic General Education or ESO qualification will be positively considered, as well as having an intermediate level of computer skills. Prior experience in similar roles and basic knowledge of occupational risk prevention, quality, and environmental matters will also be taken into account. As we are a Special Employment Center, preference will be given to candidates who hold a disability certificate of 33% or higher, or a permanent incapacity resolution. It is mandatory to be registered as a job seeker.
Main responsibilities include answering the telephone switchboard, managing incoming mail and courier deliveries, receiving visitors, and providing information to the public upon request. You will also be required to prepare the premises for opening and closing, and in case of emergency or incident, coordinate evacuation procedures and assist other individuals.
Working hours will be part-time, with a rotating schedule from Monday to Sunday according to shift rosters and established rest periods. The contract offered is a temporary replacement contract.
