We are currently seeking an **Administrative Officer** to join our office in Seville. **Your responsibilities will include:** * Managing documentation comprehensively and providing support for documentation across assigned projects. * Managing and reviewing client documentation, and supporting the documentation management activities of the Electrical Engineering Department. * Certifying completed work on relevant platforms. * Monitoring and tracking ongoing administrative processes. * Performing standard administrative duties related to the position, as well as any other support tasks required by the department and office. **Required profile:** * Vocational training (Medium or Higher Level) in administration and/or training in electricity. * Minimum one year of experience in a similar role. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Familiarity with technical documentation management. * Teamwork skills and proactivity. **Discover our benefits!** * Permanent employment contract. * Professional development and career plan. * Flexible working hours. * Intensive work schedule every Friday throughout the year, plus three days off during summer (July/August).
