Management of multidisciplinary teams ### **Description** Dopp Consultores is collaborating with a public sector organization to recruit a Technical Specialist with a Project Management profile for Infrastructure, Systems, and Communications, to work in coordination with the Information Systems and Security department and perform all functions assigned by superiors within the scope of their responsibilities. The candidate must possess solid knowledge and capabilities in: * Systems Infrastructure (Windows, Linux, Virtualization). * Communications and Networks (Electronics, Load Balancers). * Design and implementation of highly available and scalable systems infrastructure scenarios. * Planning, cost control, and variance management. * Management of multidisciplinary teams, task assignment, and communication skills. **Requirements:** * Official university degree obtained in Spain (or recognized by Spain), such as Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or Industrial Engineering; or Technical Engineering Degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or Industrial Engineering (MECES LEVEL 3 OR MECES LEVEL 2\). * Minimum of five years of demonstrable professional experience within the last ten years, performing the following tasks in the field of Infrastructure, Systems, and Communications, either in the public or private sector: * Design and implementation of highly available and scalable systems infrastructure scenarios. * Design of distributed systems architectures. * Organization of service delivery within the Infrastructure, Systems, and Communications department. * Vendor management. * Analysis and decision-making to optimize the performance of each production service. * Management of Service Level Agreements (SLAs). * Cost control and variance management. * Preparation of technical documentation. * Leading highly complex technological projects within the Infrastructure, Systems, and Communications domain.
