Job Summary: We are seeking a Chef or Station Head for an international hotel in the Alps, with experience in buffet service, live cooking demonstrations, and station management, ensuring quality and food safety. Work Location: Alps, France. An international hotel chain is looking for a **Chef (buffet \& live cooking) / Station Head** for a seasonal position in the French Alps (06/22/2026–10/31/2026, 132 days). **Terms:** Full-time; 1.5 rest days per week; possibility of paid overtime. Accommodation, meals, and resort facility access included. Employer arranges and covers travel costs. **Main Responsibilities:** * Prepare and arrange items on the buffet prior to service. * Perform live cooking tasks, finishing dishes in front of guests. * Work two-service shifts with management of the assigned station. * Maintain the resort’s quality and food safety standards. **Requirements:** Minimum 2 years of kitchen experience; team management experience is preferred.
