Responsibilities and Tasks: * Perform appropriate tasks related to painting, electricity, gardening, and plumbing at client facilities. * Inspect and improve the condition of our clients' facilities. * Maintain various work areas in good condition regarding cleanliness and preservation. * Carry out preventive maintenance of client facilities. * Keep the materials warehouse in perfect working condition and inform the technical services supervisor of new requirements or incidents.
