This offers fantastic opportunities to get involved in diverse and technically complex work. **Overview of the role** we have an exciting opportunity for a talented Civil Engineer to join our team in Spain to support the delivery of our UK clients’ water and wastewater programmes. Key responsibilities and duties include: * Undertaking studies, concept, preliminary and detailed design * Leading multi\-disciplinary design teams in project delivery * Project management duties, including programme and financial management for small to medium sized projects * Review of design submissions to ensure compliance with contract requirements * Conduct discipline checker role on standard outputs * Interfacing and liaising with clients and other stakeholders * Mentoring and contributing to the development of junior staff * Working with resource leads to coordinate project resources and to grow and develop our capability through recruitment and training * Business development including providing specialist support to our Account Leaders and Practices and leading on proposals and tenders in the water and wastewater fields * Challenge of the client’s technical standards and the acceptance of waivers and deviations, relevant to their discipline At Mott MacDonald you will have control of your own career path and great prospects for career progression as the business continues to grow. **Position Objective** Carry out social intervention activities and promote participation in leisure and integration activities for our target group, aiming to enhance autonomy, dignity, well-being, and inclusion of beneficiaries of the Program. Reporting to the Territorial Intervention Manager and/or Center Director/Device Manager. **Main Responsibilities** * Assist in welcoming and transferring service users. * Plan and implement individual and group social integration activities, applying the most suitable resources and methodological strategies. * Record information in internal databases and any others required for program management. * Assist with administrative and justification-related tasks for the program. * Propose, manage, and implement individual and group sports, leisure, and free time activities. * Provide guidance to beneficiaries regarding daily living activities necessary for their personal or family care. * Support document interpretation and, occasionally, translation. * Manage coexistence in accommodation facilities and mediate conflict situations in shared housing. * Implement group sessions in coordination with the Reception team to train organization beneficiaries in basic skills necessary for their personal and social autonomy. * Collaborate and accompany beneficiaries in completing procedures to access services, manage resources, health, education, employment, housing, and other activities related to the pathway established by the technical team. * Carry out necessary procedures for prevention and/or healthcare treatment. * Carry out necessary procedures for school enrollment of minors and their access to socio-educational resources. * Assist in logistical reception tasks: supplier management, purchases, invoice collection, expense justification. * Participate in team meetings when required. * Ensure optimal condition of facilities, equipment, and furnishings in accommodation centers and service offices. * Collect verification sources required for proper justification as specified by the Funding agency. * Support area technicians in preparing reports and documentation needed for correct project justification and timely submission to the Organization's SSCC. * Facilitate communication of relevant information beneficial to staff in conducting adequate assessment and identification of needs. * Participate in social advocacy and engagement processes. **Education/Knowledge** * Higher Vocational Training in Social Integration, Sociocultural Animation, or equivalent, or equivalent academic qualification. * Computer literacy at user level. * Languages: English and/or French. **Experience** * Minimum 2 years of experience in social intervention. **Professional Competencies** * Commitment * Adaptability to change * Teamwork * Planning and organization * Analytical skills * Negotiation and mediation skills * Relational and communication skills * Resilience **Valued Aspects** * Previous involvement with CEAR as a volunteer or employee. * Disability certificate of 33% or higher. * Additional languages: Arabic, Ukrainian, Russian, Bambara, Wolof, Farsi, etc. * Training in Gender Equality. **We Offer** * Immediate incorporation * Full-time * Working hours: **Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 8\-15 h.
