We seek to hire a **Production Manager** with proven experience in **industrial-scale kitchens**, capable of leading teams and optimizing processes under the most stringent quality, food safety, and operational efficiency standards. * Plan and coordinate daily production of fifth-range dishes (vacuum-packed, pasteurized, or fully cooked ready-to-regenerate meals). * Supervise cooking, blast-chilling, packaging, and storage operations, ensuring full product traceability. * Manage the production team and coordinate work shifts. * Monitor correct implementation of **HACCP** and **PRPs** protocols. * Ensure organoleptic, microbiological, and nutritional quality of manufactured products. * Control production costs, optimize resources, and minimize waste. REQUIREMENTS * Education in **Food Technology**, **Food Engineering**, **Gastronomic Sciences**, or **Culinary Management** * Minimum of **3 years** of experience in food production, preferably in **fifth-range plants** or industrial central kitchens. * Advanced knowledge of preservation techniques (pasteurization, vacuum packing, modified atmosphere packaging, blast-chilling). * Experience in workforce management and production planning. * Proficiency in computer tools and ERP systems. * Technical mindset, leadership skills, and results-oriented profile.
