We are looking for a professional expert in data and the development of management programs. The main role will be to extract and analyze all relevant information from current systems, creating clear reports and control panels for management and various departments. They will also be responsible for creating new applications using languages such as VB.Net to automate tasks and make business operations function more efficiently. This includes analyzing how things are done internally and suggesting ways to better utilize available digital tools, as well as adapting these tools to the specific needs of each area. Additionally, they will be responsible for managing databases in Microsoft SQL Server, ensuring their optimal performance, and performing advanced analysis and reporting with Microsoft Power BI. They must also prepare documentation, train users, and coordinate any development or integration with external technology companies, always safeguarding information security. 1. Previous experience in management programs and in ERP administration/support. 2. Solid knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server database structures. 3. Experience in data exploitation and information analytics. 4. Experience with Microsoft Power BI for report and dashboard creation. 5. Ability to understand business processes and translate them into system solutions. 6. Valuable experience in integrating ERP with billing, logistics, or CRM systems. 7. Knowledge of the functioning and characteristics of the agricultural sector. 8. Technical support skills and ability to communicate effectively with non-technical users.
