We are looking for a **Collective Catering Cook** to join one of our centers. The selected candidate will be responsible for planning, preparing, and presenting meals for large groups, ensuring food quality and safety at all times.

**Responsibilities:**
* Develop culinary preparations, ensure compliance with defined menus and technical specifications, and implement good practices.
* Prepare standard menus and adapted diets.
* Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure proper organization and workflow.
* Supervise inventory of ingredients and supplies, placing orders when necessary.
* Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations – APPCC recordkeeping.
* Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks in the work area, and monitor the use of machinery, materials, and utensils.
* Train new team members on cooking practices and company procedures.

* Preferred education in Hospitality: Higher Technician in Restaurant Services, Technician in Cooking, or equivalent.
* Demonstrable experience in the hospitality, collective catering, restaurant, or related sectors.
* Preference given to candidates with 1–2 years of experience in similar roles.
* Problem-solving individual with strong communication skills.
* Team player.
