Position Summary: We are seeking a Social Educator to carry out pedagogical and educational interventions with minors at a center, participating in the development and implementation of intervention plans. Key Responsibilities: 1. Educational work with minors at a center 2. Participation in pedagogical intervention plans 3. Modeling minors' behavior **Minimum Requirements:** ----------------------- Diploma and/or Bachelor’s Degree in Social Education and/or official qualification. Proficiency in both intellectual and manual strategies required for the position. Ability to model behavior for minors by serving as a behavioral example. Certificate of no sexual offense convictions. High motivation for educational work with minors. Strong capacity for learning. Persuasive and influential. **Desired Requirements:** ------------------------ Specialized training in child protection, intervention with children and adolescents, family intervention, etc., is valued. Perseverance and tenacity. Integrity and honesty. Enthusiastic, committed, and other-oriented. **Job Responsibilities:** ---------------------- As part of the center’s Educational Team, responsible for carrying out auxiliary tasks related to pedagogical intervention and educational engagement with users of the educational center (Organic Law 5/2000 on the Criminal Responsibility of Minors). Participate, under the supervision of management and alongside technical staff, in the assessment and development of individual or group intervention plans. Specifically implement these intervention plans within the center’s educational project. **Contract Type:** --------------------- * Temporary replacement **Work Schedule:** ------------ * Full-time **Working Hours:** -------------------- 37\.5 hours per week. Rotating shifts: morning, afternoon, and weekends. **Minimum Educational Qualifications:** --------------------- * Social Education **Conditions:** ---------------- Immediate incorporation.
