We are seeking an experienced tractor operator to join a team dedicated to agricultural farming. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and performing basic maintenance on tractors and other agricultural machinery. During periods when weather conditions prevent tractor operation, the candidate will carry out additional agricultural tasks. Proven prior experience as a tractor operator is required. A certified phytosanitary product applicator license—either basic or qualified—is also mandatory. Knowledge of agricultural implements and machinery, as well as possession of a valid driver’s license—preferably category B or specific to agricultural machinery—will be considered advantageous. Availability to work during agricultural campaigns and with flexible hours is essential. A permanent contract is offered, with salary based on the applicable collective agreement and adjustable according to the candidate’s experience.
