We are looking for a person to actively join the Integrated Services Department of GSR's General Services, who will support all documental and administrative management within the area, assisting in quality matters as well as integrating preventive activities into the organization’s daily management through planning and documentation of legal requirements associated with occupational risk prevention. **What will your responsibilities be?** * Perform administrative tasks within the integrated services area aimed at complying with the processes of the Integrated Management System (IMS). * Support and collaborate in maintaining and developing preventive documentation. * Contribute to the maintenance, updating, and shared deployment of IMS processes, procedures, instructions, formats, and records according to the Process Map and integrated management policy. * Document management. Preparation of reports and presentations. * Support in preventive management: monitoring training/information sessions, health surveillance, PPE distribution, incident investigations, etc. Follow-up on non-conformities, corrective and preventive actions. * Control coordination of business activities: documentation of contractors and suppliers. * Collaborate in maintaining and managing databases and internal management systems. * Minimum medium-level vocational training. * Intermediate level in PRL. * Basic knowledge in Quality. * Basic knowledge of ISO standards, or interest in developing skills in ISO management systems 9001; 14001 and 45001 (quality, environment, and occupational health and safety). * Intermediate level of Basque language. **What are we looking for in you?** * Interest and sensitivity towards the sector of care for dependent individuals. * Knowledge in using computer tools. * Previous experience in administrative roles. **We offer:** * Permanent position * Full-time contract **Would you like to join our team?** If you want a job where **you make a difference in people's lives**, this is your opportunity. **Join GSR S.
