We are looking to bring on board a **Symfony Developer** who wants to continue growing within a collaborative, technically demanding, and purpose-driven environment. #### **What will be your mission?** You will join the development team and participate in building, evolving, and maintaining robust and scalable backend solutions, working closely with design, CRO, analytics, and development professionals. #### **This will be your day-to-day:** * Development and maintenance of backend applications using **Symfony**. * Design and implementation of scalable APIs and services. * Participation in technical decision-making and architecture definition. * Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams in agile environments. * Performance optimization, code quality improvement, and adherence to best practices. * Analysis and resolution of technical incidents. * Occasional coordination with client teams, with **willingness to attend client offices in Madrid as required by the project**. REQUIREMENTS #### **Who are we looking for? Someone who matches these skills:** * Professional experience developing with **PHP and Symfony**. * Solid knowledge of backend architecture and design patterns. * Experience working with REST APIs. * Proficiency with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL). * Experience with version control (Git) and CI tools such as Jenkins. * Ability to work collaboratively and communicate clearly. * Residence in **Madrid** or surrounding areas. #### **Nice-to-have qualifications:** * Experience designing decoupled architectures and/or microservices * Experience with Kubernetes. * Experience in cloud environments. * Interest in continuous improvement, technical excellence, and best practices. * Prior experience in agency settings or projects with end clients. #### **Why us?
