Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer with backend Python experience to design and develop scalable services and lead technical teams in Barcelona. Key Highlights: 1. Ensure code quality, efficiency, and security SENIOR BACKEND PYTHON Location: Barcelona Work Model: 60% remote Requirement: Eligibility to obtain HPS English: B2 or higher MAIN REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or related field. \+5 years of backend experience with Python. Frameworks: FastAPI, Flask, or Django. Experience with ORM, testing, test coverage, CI/CD, and automated deployments. Proficiency in Git. Ability to lead backend architectures and coordinate technical teams. ADDITIONAL ASSETS: Authentication and authorization. SQL, Java, and Kafka. GitLab and CI/CD pipelines. MLOps, AI, and evaluation of emerging technologies. Scrum or Kanban. RESPONSIBILITIES: Design and develop scalable backend services. Ensure code quality, efficiency, and security. Define testing and automation practices. Collaborate with other teams and enhance the product’s technical evolution.
