About the Role **What will you do in this position?** You will join as an **Engineering Leader Junior** in the internal combustion engine and hybrid transmission area, participating in innovative projects within the Horse group. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team working on the development, validation, and industrialization of key components for new vehicles. **Your responsibilities will include:** * Supporting the definition of technical solutions and risk identification. * Collaborating on the preparation of technical documentation for suppliers. * Participating in planning interfaces between engine and vehicle. * Contributing to achieving **QCDP** objectives (Quality, Cost, Delivery, Performance). * Working alongside engineering, procurement, logistics, and manufacturing teams. * Supporting component validation plan tracking. **What are we looking for?** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical, Automotive, or Industrial). * Up to 3 years of experience or internships in product development, engines, or transmissions. * Interest in the automotive sector and in collaborative work environments. * Basic knowledge of automotive product development processes. * Strong communication skills, teamwork ability, and capacity for synthesis. * **Fluent English** (mandatory), **French is a plus**.
