Participation in urban, registry, and cadastral regularization **Positions Available** ---------------------- 1 **Company** ----------- Tragsatec **Project / Reason for Hiring** --------------------------------- Tecnologías y Servicios Agrarios, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., a subsidiary of the TRAGSA GROUP, specialized in engineering, consultancy, and technical assistance services in agricultural, livestock, forestry, and environmental matters, seeks to hire 1 Architect to provide technical support for an Urban Planning project in Madrid. **Workplace Location** -------------------- * Community of Madrid Address: Madrid **Functions and Responsibilities** ---------------------- * Collaborate in drafting documents required for defining urban areas and their development * Update and maintain digitized cartographic databases of the area of intervention and manage related documentation, cleaning and systematizing its archive * Monitor and support supervision of drafting and processing of projects * Prepare and issue monitoring, status, and control reports on general, management, and development urban planning, such as Minor Modifications, Special Plans, Urban Action Plans, land readjustment projects, urbanization projects, etc. * Support monitoring of tenders called for commissioning third-party drafting of projects * Collaborate in preparing Sectoral Reports * Analyze and propose objections to urban planning approvals affecting railway service interests * Prepare necessary documentation (written and graphic) for compiling files demonstrating the non-necessity of railway land * Clean and systematically archive documentation (physical and digital) for each ongoing operation * Support coordination with other public administrations in developing urban projects within railway environments * Support supervision of construction projects from an urban planning and municipal administrative processing perspective * Participate in urban, registry, and cadastral regularization processes for land * Support coordination between urban planning processes and railway service maintenance, as well as impacts caused by new installations and temporary situations arising—especially during phasing processes and stage plans preceding urban development * Cooperate in preparing documents required for defining development planning of urban areas **Specific Requirements** -------------------------- Compliance with requirements must be justified by attaching the following documents, as applicable, in the “Annexes” section of the application (or during the process): * Official academic qualification or proof of payment of fees for issuance of the academic degree. * Employment history record and/or employment contract verifying and certifying the required professional experience. * Academic internship annexes verifying and certifying required academic experience, if applicable. ### **Education** #### **Qualification** * Hold a degree in Architecture or Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture qualifying for professional practice, or Bachelor’s + Official Master’s Degree in Architecture qualifying for professional practice (MECES 3) (degree recognized in Spain or equivalence certificate issued by the General Secretariat of Universities) ### **Prior Experience** * Minimum 5 years of professional experience as an Architect in Urban Planning (Planning and Management) ### **Other Mandatory Requirements** * Basic or advanced proficiency in AutoCAD Map (to be verified during technical interview) **Merit Criteria (Evaluated)** ------------------------ ### **Education** #### **Additional Training** * Complementary Master’s degree in Urban Planning ### **Prior Experience** * Between 6 and 9 years of experience in positions related to Urban Planning, specifically in Planning and Management (professional experience) (to be verified during technical interview) * Between 3 and 5 years of experience in areas and functions within the Public Sector or Local Administration (professional experience) (to be verified during technical interview) * Between 1 and 3 years of experience participating in drafting and processing of planning documents, as well as sectoral reports thereon (professional experience) (to be verified during technical interview) ### **Other Meritorious Factors** * Proficiency in GIS and/or BIM tools (to be verified during technical interview) **Observations** ----------------- * Offer includes: + Fixed-term contract with an estimated duration of 11 months, linked to execution of the assignment detailed in the publication for the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan or funded by European Union funds. + Full-time working hours The application period will remain open from today, February 17, 2026, until March 03, 2026, at 23:59 (Peninsular Time).
