Description
The process engineer collects and filters key production indicators, collaborating with occupational health and safety and environmental departments to improve workplaces. Manages technical documentation, receives customer visits, defines work methods and packaging, and maintains order and cleanliness. Also classifies waste and uses appropriate personal protective equipment.
In project industrialization, defines production processes, analyzes the feasibility of changes, and seeks continuous improvements that generate cost savings. Applies quality tools such as Core Tools, Lean Manufacturing, AMFE, and Reverse FMEA, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and intermediate-level English. Familiar with quality, environmental, and occupational health and safety management systems, as well as emergency plans and machine safety.
A university degree (Bachelor's, Diploma, or Higher Degree) in Industrial Technical Engineering or equivalent, with specialization in Industrial Organization Engineering, is required. A minimum of 3–5 years of prior experience in departments related to injection processes is mandatory. Knowledge of Core Tools, Lean Manufacturing, AMFE, Reverse FMEA, and Formel Q Capability, as well as experience with PSA systems, is desirable. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and intermediate spoken and written English are required. General awareness of environmental issues and occupational risk prevention is essential.
