The primary mission is to create efficient production systems and ensure compliance with customer-mandated timelines, collaborating cross-functionally with various departments and external suppliers. Responsibilities and Duties: New Project Launch* Development of production processes and layouts * Validation of production equipment * Timeline tracking according to master plan * Commissioning of production processes and lines Project Definition and Design* Technical analysis of RFQs * Design of optimal work processes * Calculation of human and material resources using MTM * Estimation of required technical investments * Overall planning via MASTER SCHEDULE PLAN * Generation and tracking of CCAR action plans * Technical presentations to customers Optimization of Existing Processes* Problem analysis using MTM and workflow analysis * Creation and updating of process sheets * Optimization of layouts, methods, and inefficiencies * Implementation of improvements and training for team leaders * Tracking of corrective actions and new improvement proposals Implementation of Awarded Projects* Detailed development of layouts and processes * Optimization of production lines and warehouses * Supervision of industrial equipment and validations * Management of 2D and 3D documentation * Supervision of production, quality, and ergonomics Resource Management and Engineering Changes* Analysis of productive time and resource requirements * Production planning and per-position resource needs * Coordination of engineering and process changes per customer requirements ️ Requirements:* Experience in methods and time studies * Lean Manufacturing * Time management and process improvement * Proficiency with design tools: AUTOCAD and CATIA * Experience programming electronic screwdriving tools * Familiarity with JT2GO and MS Project is desirable * Ability to work autonomously on the shop floor Languages:* High-level English proficiency, including fluency for international technical meetings Internal and External Relationships: Ongoing collaboration with Commercial, Production, Logistics, IT, Quality, Maintenance, and Plant Management departments, as well as suppliers and customers.
