SOCIAL INTEGRATION WORKER** (part-time/replacement) - Western Andalusia Delegation · Seville

**Position Objective** Carry out social intervention activities and promote participation in leisure and integration activities for our target group, aiming to enhance autonomy, dignity, well-being and inclusion of program beneficiaries. Reporting to the Territorial Intervention Manager and/or Center Director/Device Manager. **Main Responsibilities** * Assist in welcoming and transporting service users. * Plan and implement individual and group social integration activities, applying the most appropriate methodological resources and strategies. * Record information in internal databases and any others required for program management. * Support administrative and/or reporting tasks related to the program. * Propose, manage and implement individual and group sports, leisure and free time activities. * Provide guidance to beneficiaries regarding daily living activities necessary for personal or family care. * Provide support in interpretation and, occasionally, document translation. * Manage coexistence in accommodation facilities and centers, mediating conflict situations in shared housing. * Implement group sessions in coordination with the Reception team to teach organization beneficiaries essential skills for their personal and social autonomy. * Collaborate and accompany beneficiaries in completing procedures to access services, manage resources, health, education and employment matters, housing, and other activities related to the pathway established by the technical team. * Carry out necessary procedures for prevention and/or healthcare treatment. * Carry out necessary procedures for school enrollment of minors and their access to socio-educational resources. * Support logistical reception tasks: supplier management, purchases, invoice collection, expense justification. * Participate in team meetings when required. * Ensure optimal condition of facilities, equipment and furnishings at accommodation centers and service offices. * Collect verification sources required for proper reporting as required by the funding body. * Support area technicians in preparing reports and documentation needed for accurate project reporting and timely submission to the organization's SSCC. * Facilitate communication of relevant information that benefits staff in conducting proper assessments and identifying needs. * Participate in social advocacy and community engagement processes. **Education/Knowledge** * Higher Vocational Training in Social Integration, Sociocultural Animation or equivalent, or academic qualification of similar level. * Computer skills at user level. * Languages: English and/or French. **Experience** * Minimum of 2 years of experience in social intervention. **Professional Competencies** * Commitment * Adaptability to change * Teamwork * Planning and organization * Analytical skills * Negotiation and mediation skills * Relational and communication skills * Resilience **Valued Aspects** * Previous involvement with CEAR as a volunteer or employee. * Disability certificate of 33% or higher. * Additional languages: Arabic, Ukrainian, Russian, Bambara, Wolof, Farsi, etc. * Training in Gender Equality. **We Offer** * Immediate incorporation * **Part-time position** * **Schedule on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays from 7\-19h** * **Replacement contract** * Salary according to CEAR pay scales and collective agreement * 25 working days of vacation \+ 5 AAPP days annually (pro-rated based on start date) * Social Benefits under the CUIDA**(R)** Program: free or partially discounted services focused on physical well-being and emotional health (psychology, physiotherapy, dental plans, nutritional counseling, among others); available to employees and beneficiaries. * Workplace: Mairena el Alcor, Seville Code: 011/251181029/25\_613
