Our team consists of passionate professionals, and we are looking for someone like you to join us. ##### **What are we looking for?** If you are a dynamic, proactive individual eager to develop professionally within a growth-oriented environment, this is your opportunity! **We are seeking an OT Systems Projects Technician.** ##### **Your mission** Participate in the implementation of advanced technological solutions in industrial environments, ensuring proper operation, maintenance, and evolution of OT systems, and providing high-level technical support to internal customers. ##### **Your objectives** * Provide technical support to the OT Projects Manager during the deployment of new systems. * Supervise external personnel on-site, ensuring correct execution of contracted work and compliance with internal procedures. * Resolve assigned incidents and provide user support for systems under your responsibility. * Ensure optimal operation of deployed OT systems across production centers. ##### **Key responsibilities:** * Test new OT tools and systems, participating in the construction of pilot systems. * Stay up-to-date on new versions and functionalities of deployed OT systems. * Execute and document end-to-end OT system implementations, coordinating with internal customers and suppliers to meet agreed schedules. * Administer and maintain coding, labeling, machine vision, and Smart Automation systems. * Provide technical support to internal customers, escalating incidents to external suppliers when necessary. * Manage preventive and corrective maintenance tasks, either directly or via external suppliers. * Ensure automation projects comply with Importaco’s factory standardization and technological integration requirements. * Keep hardware and license inventories updated across production centers. * Verify receipt of industrial materials related to projects, manage their entry into SAP, and coordinate secure storage until installation and commissioning. ##### **What do we value?** * **Education:** + Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (IT) or Telecommunications/Electronics. + For other engineering disciplines, a Master’s degree in Industrial IT or Automation (OT) is highly valued. * **Specific knowledge:** + Functional understanding of industrial, technical, and quality processes. + GS1/AECOC coding standards. + Specific expertise in machine vision, automatic scanners, PLC and HMI programming, OPC\-UA protocol, COLOS labeling systems, and Ignition SCADA systems. + Knowledge of TCP/IP networks, network segmentation, and industrial cybersecurity. + Familiarity with traceability marking systems and devices: laser, thermal-transfer ribbon, high-resolution, inkjet, and automatic applicators. + SAP at user level. * **Languages**: English B2\.
