Job Summary: Quality professional responsible for ensuring compliance with specifications and customer requirements, leading quality efforts during project industrialization. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure product quality and compliance with customer requirements. 2. Represent Quality in the APQP team for new projects. 3. Guarantee safety and accident prevention standards. Work Location Manresa Mission Ensure that the product complies with specifications and customer requirements. Serve as the Quality representative in the APQP team for project industrialization, transferring customer requirements and ensuring maturity level prior to SOP. Reports To Quality Director Functions and Responsibilities Enforce and ensure all employees comply with current plant rules and regulations. Be an active member of the Quality team, ensuring departmental objectives are met and contributing to defining the strategy required to achieve plant objectives. Guarantee that safety and accident prevention standards are adhered to by all personnel. Provide necessary information, analyses, and recommendations to other departments. Act as the primary on-site contact point to address any customer queries regarding projects under industrialization. Ensure proper implementation of applicable quality system improvements and certify or maintain systems in accordance with customer or ProSeat requirements. Report any deviations and/or non-conformities detected regarding product identification and traceability within the production process, in line with internal and customer requirements. Ensure that customer-specified product requirements—and all special characteristics identified during product development—are monitored and controlled using statistical techniques throughout the production process.
