Job Summary: We are seeking a nurse to conduct comprehensive resident assessments, patient follow-up, scheduled nursing care according to protocols, and administration of pharmacological treatments. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive resident assessment and patient follow-up 2. Provision of scheduled nursing care 3. Administration and review of pharmacological treatment Residència de Teià requires 2 nurses to perform the duties inherent to this position. A university degree or diploma in Nursing (obtained in Spain or officially recognized by the Spanish Ministry of Universities), professional registration with the Official Nursing Association, and up-to-date membership dues are mandatory. An indefinite-term employment contract is offered, full-time working hours, an annual gross salary of 33\.000 euros, and flexible scheduling. Conduct a comprehensive resident assessment upon admission and maintain updated records related to the health aspects of the clinical file, as well as ensure appropriate patient follow-up during clinical episodes. Provide scheduled nursing care in accordance with healthcare protocols, actions for patient safety, and medical or nursing coordination instructions. Administer, document, and review the prescribed pharmacological treatment for each resident. * 0 months of experience required. GENERAL NURSING NURSES * Competencies / Qualifications: Degree or Diploma in Nursing, completed in Spain or officially recognized by the Spanish Ministry of Universities.
